The efficient separation of bulk materials is a basic requirement for a high-quality product. Screen panels from Schenck Process ensure that aggregates and material from the steel industry are correctly graded. And now, in addition to production facilities in Australia, Brazil and China, the screen panels are also manufactured at in-house facilities in Germany.
Customers’ requirements specify the screen panel to be used with a particular screening machine. Schenck Process offers system screen modules made from highly wear-resistant polyurethane in hardness ranges between 55 and 90 on the Shore A hardness scale. Production is tailor-made, and mechanical finishing ensures the most precise fit. Depending on customers’ requirements, the system screen modules can be made from various wear-resistant materials in a polyurethane frame.
