Screen panels allow the efficient separation of bulk materials Tailor-made solutions available thanks to in-house manufacturing and TestCenter
The efficient separation of bulk materials is a basic requirement for a high-quality product. Screen panels from Schenck Process ensure that aggregates and material from the steel industry are correctly graded. And now, in addition to production facilities in Australia, Brazil and China, the screen panels are also manufactured at in-house facilities in Germany.
Customers’ requirements specify the screen panel to be used with a particular screening machine. Schenck Process offers system screen modules made from highly wear-resistant polyurethane in hardness ranges between 55 and 90 on the Shore A hardness scale. Production is tailor-made, and mechanical finishing ensures the most precise fit. Depending on customers’ requirements, the system screen modules can be made from various wear-resistant materials in a polyurethane frame.
The considerable advantages of screening equipment from Schenck Process: The customer receives a complete screening machine from a single source, thereby profiting from over 90 years of experience, the highest quality standards, brilliant technology and comprehensive customer service in the field of vibratory equipment. In order to further perfect our mature technologies, Schenck Process also operates a vibratory equipment TestCenter at its Darmstadt location. Material and prototype tests for an optimum screening process have been carried out there since January 2012.
