Highlight: Live launch of CONiQ Control for loss-in-weight feeders on October 20

How can plastic processing be made more sustainable and which role can digitalization play in this? These key topics await visitors to K Messe at the Schenck Process booth. From October 19 to 26, the company and its industry experts will be present at the leading trade fair for plastics processing technology. Alongside its loss-in-weight feeders, the Group will showcase its latest achievements in weighing electronics and digital solutions at their booth 10H45 in hall 10.

Schenck Process’ presence at this year’s K will be all about the efficient and gentle feeding of sustainable plastics materials and their return to the production cycle. A particular focus will be put on bio-based raw materials as well as hard-to-recycle plastics such as flakes. The digital ecosystem surrounding the CONiQ product family, too, will receive special attention. Various touchpoints such as the CONiQ® Cloud interactive kiosk or the Virtual Reality Zone featuring the Test Center Digital Twin will enable visitors to experience the digital portfolio for themselves and test its combination with various Schenck Process technologies.

"In the upcoming years, the plastics industry will be confronted with major challenges to make its processes more sustainable and efficient,” says Felix Jakob, Head of Chemicals & Performance Materials EMEA. "Our competencies in post-consumer waste handling combined with our product portfolio empower our customers in their transformation towards a circular economy. At the same time, our digital solutions ensure efficient use of resources within existing processing operations."

Live launch of the CONiQ Control for Loss-in-Weight Feeders

A special highlight of the event will be the launch of the new extension of CONiQ® Control for Loss-in-Weight feeders on October 20. The presentation can be watched live from the K booth via a LinkedIn video stream.

"The new application of our CONiQ Control is a game-changer in the field of Loss-in-Weight feeding," explains Felix Jakob. "The controller combines a modular, web-based design with intuitive operation. As a result, feeder data is available at any time and from any terminal device. The combination of powerful controller hardware and optimized control system ensures continuously high dosing accuracy and optionally enables the use of digital add-ons from CONiQ Cloud."

People interested in participating in the live event can register until the day of the event here.
