In 2014, Mac Process and Schenck AccuRate, two Schenck Process Group companies, integrated forming one world class operation headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri that was renamed Schenck Process LLC. By combining the two entities, the company is able to deliver a unified process solution in pneumatic conveying, weighing, feeding and dust collection. With two ISO 9001 manufacturing operations, one located in Sabetha, Kansas and the other in Whitewater, Wisconsin, along with a dedicated team of sales, engineering and project management the company is able to provide quality systems in bulk material handling to customers throughout the world.

With a global infrastructure in 22 countries on five continents, more than 2,500 employees at 33+ locations, 130+ territorial agencies, 22 assembly facilities, and field service technicians, we can deliver project management on a supply only or turnkey basis.
Three state of the art North American test labs are also available as a service to customers for simulating loss-in-weight feeding, refilling, weighing, dilute and dense phase conveying and air filtration. Each test helps to confirm the configured design meets the most efficient, economical method of processing the customer’s material ahead of time.
