Schenck Process is looking for an experienced Product Sales Manager for our Weighing & Feeding product line. 

Product Sales Manager - Weighing & Feeding

The Product Manager - Weighing & Feeding is an outside sales position responsible for increasing sales of Schenck Process manufactured feeder and volumetric & gravimetric equipment as well as leading sales efforts in establishing strong OEM sales.  The Product Manager will establish a customer base of new and repeat business by determining and recommending the most suitable Schenck Process weighing & feeding equipment to meet customers’ requirements taking into consideration raw material characteristics, material handling and installation site conditions. Ideal candidate is a well-versed team player with drive and a “can-do” attitude, capable of communicating promptly and concisely, in both written and oral communications.  They will have experience developing OEM accounts, selling into capital equipment markets, and prior product management sales.  Previous experience in weighing and feeding equipment is preferred.


Responsibilities include proactively searching for new business, solution selling, technical/commercial presentation of proposals and successfully closing orders. The Product Manager will utilize their technical knowledge to review and analyze requests for weighing and feeding equipment, prepare cost estimates and risk assessment for proposal pricing, and facilitate Equipment Contract Management. 

Your qualifications

* B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related degree, or two year technical degree with equivalent, relevant experience
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Sales role involving analytical problem solving and solution selling of capital equipment
* Application and operating experience of industrial weighing & feeding equipment preferred
* Skilled in the following software/applications/IS:

o MS Office Suite

o Web Platforms (WebEx, SharePoint, etc.)

o CRM Database

o Quote Configurator/Oracle CPQ

o Company SAP/ERP System

o Some AutoCAD

* Ability to travel greater than 50%


Can be located in Whitewater, WI or Kansas City, MO.
