Schenck Process UK incorporates the Clyde Process, Redler and Schenck Process products and technologies and also supports the supply of spare parts and replacement machines for a wide number of other brands such as Vac-U-Max, Simon Macawber, Stock and Clyde Materials Handling.
The merger of all three brands Clyde Process, Redler and Schenck Process has allowed Schenck Process UK to offer bespoke solution packages including customised after-sales solutions and it is clear from current levels of demand that this is exactly what our customers want.
The Aftermarket department has a total of 38 UK based staff including 18 service and commissioning engineers and 12 proposal and customer support staff. All personnel have undergone intensive training on the full range of the Company’s products and technologies to identify and resolve issues that occur during the working life of the equipment.
The company offers a full aftercare programme called PASS which stands for Process Advanced Service System, The programme covers product installation, routine inspections, maintenance programmes, on-site spare stock monitoring and the repair, upgrade and replacement of parts.
When a process requires new systems or layouts, Schenck Process UK can provide a consultation service to help plan the most effective way of implementing the changes to minimise disruption.

All Schenck Process UK systems come with a full training programme designed to instruct the customer's own personnel to operate, overhaul and maintain the equipment supplied. These training sessions are normally held on site, and can be adapted to suit client requirements.
Spare Parts Management / Consignment
Backed by our full time dedicated Spare Parts Department you can gain advice and order spares over the phone, on-line, e-mail or fax with credit card payment facilities available to make the whole process smoother and quicker.
Consignment stocking ensures parts and comsumable items required for a particular installation are always available ex-stock, minimising the potential for downtime. Only the items called off are charged for and stocks are then immediately replenished, simplifying inventory control procedures. The Aftermarket Services staff can undertake regular visits to the customer's site to inspect and manage local parts stocks.
New Premises for Schenck Process UK Aftermarket Spares and Service from March 2013
Schenck Process UK, whose headquarters is in Doncaster, has a growing workforce and a new 55,000 square foot factory which will enable it to service a range of new and existing contracts.
The company has new factory and stores premises at Thorne, Doncaster near to Junction 6 of the M18. It is planned that over the next 12 months, the company’s existing factory and test centre will be relocated to the new premises to increase the capabilities and capacity of the company to serve the UK and International markets.The new location provides the company with an additional 48,000 square feet of warehousing alongside 7,000 square feet of office space. From the start of March 2013 all of the Aftermarket service and sales personnel for the UK will be based at these new premises.
The new offices and factory provides an opportunity to centralise the customer contact point for the Aftermarket operation with a low-cost 0845 telephone number and a comprehensive out-of-hours support team. Stocks of spare parts will also be centralised to give improved lead times to our UK and international customers.
