Receiving/Stockroom Technician

    Your responsibilities

    Receives parts, equipment and supplies for company and stores appropriately.  Ensures accurate and timely delivery of parts and equipment to internal production facility.

    • Receives parts, equipment, and supplies from delivery trucks, unloads trucks, ensures orders are accurate, and inventories all merchandise.

    • Receives work orders, verifies orders, locates inventor, pulls parts using forklift and other equipment, attaches order request, and ensures delivery to production.

    • Drives delivery truck picking up parts and merchandise from various locations as needed and delivering to the appropriate site.

    • Performs cycle counting to ensure accuracy of inventory supply.

    Your qualifications

    • Knowledge of inventory control measures and material handling practices.

    • Skill in operating of delivery truck, pallet jack and forklift.

    • Skill in reading and basic mathematical computation.

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

    • Prior Receiving/Stockroom experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
