Benefits
The touch interface guides the user intuitively through all weighing operations and process controls. Individually definable user groups and very short learning curves ensure the highest flexibility and efficient working. Integral plain text fault descriptions help users diagnose issues quickly and simply.
Controller access can be by Ethernet or WiFi. The web-based user interface enables fast service access without requiring additional software installation. This makes downtimes much shorter. CONiQ® Control can also be conveniently controlled from mobile devices.
Maximum flexibility through all-modular design. Both the hardware and the software can be adapted to their environments and applications. The control functioning is defined by the software, the expansion modules that are added, and the parameter settings. Continuous development of further innovative functional modules ensures steadily expanding application areas. CONiQ® Control has a colour TFT touch display, optional WiFi and is available in several different housing versions.
CONiQ® Control has three freely assignable slots for I/O expansion modules, a field bus interface for simple system integration, and two USB connections for other peripherals. All this enables flexible adaptation to individual requirements.
CONiQ® Control has legal-for-trade to OIML. No re-verification is necessary following replacement of the mainboard or I/O modules. Further certifications like UL, IECEx, ATEX, EAC and NTEP are in preparation.

Enclosure variants
Wall version
Wall-mounted device in tough, impact-resistant plastic housing for use in rough environments. Equipped with colour TFT, capacitive touch operation, and a display positioned for wall use. Controller in industrial-grade build quality with membrane seals to IP 54 or optional cable glands to IP 65.
Panel-mounted version
Panel-mounted device with colour TFT and capacitive touch operation. Controller in industrial-grade build quality protected to IP 65 in the visible area and IP 20 in the back.
Desktop version
Desktop device in tough, impact-resistant plastic housing for use in rough surroundings. Equipped with colour TFT, capacitive touch operation, and display positioned for standing use. Controller in industrial-grade build quality with membrane seals to IP 54 or optional cable glands to IP 65.

Weighing applications

VEHICLE SCALES
Legal-for-trade vehicle scale controller for static weighing with intuitive touch operation. Control and input can also be by separate keyboard if desired. For nearly all vehicle weighing applications, for determining and registering the weight of goods loaded or offloaded.

CRANE SCALES
Legal-for-trade crane scale controller for light and heavy industrial weighing with intuitive touch operation. Control and information management for crane scales, with display, printout and optional direct transfer of weighing data to the SPS. CONiQ® Control also enables fully compatible operation by large display and pendant control.

CARGO SCALES
Legal-for-trade industrial weighing controller for platform and conveyor scales with static goods handling, for weighing loads on a strain gauge load cell. With intuitive touch operation. Control and input can also be by separate keyboard if desired.
