Permanently installed condition monitoring system for vibratory equipment
The continuous condition monitoring system to protect the machine components is permanently installed in the exciter of the vibrating equipment.
Regular recording of characteristics makes it easy to detect changes in condition.
Panels for Screening
Schenck Process, with modern manufacturing facilities, use a state-of-the-art injection molding process to manufacture our high-quality rubber and polyurethane modular panel systems. We have local production to satisfy the demand of the South American region, in our competence center in Taubaté Brazil.
Our variety of high-quality rubber and polyurethane are specially designed for maximum durability and easy replacement and maintenance.
Rubber panels are used for impact and abrasion resistance, from medium duty right through to the heaviest impact applications.
Polyurethane panels are known for their versatility, accuracy of product sizing and long life when screening fine to medium particles in wet or dry situations.
