Schenck Process was once again named “Top Arbeitgeber Ingenieure” (Top Employer for Engineers) in 2015. The Top Employers Institute, formerly known as the CRF Institute, conducts independent audits to certify employees around the world who outperform the competition in highly qualified technical and managerial staff with outstanding working conditions. This is the seventh award in succession for the measuring and process technology specialists who operate globally in over 30 countries from their headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany. “Schenck Process GmbH is a pioneer in the field of Human Resources when it comes to future-oriented thinking in terms of its employees, continuous improvement of the working environment, and ongoing investment in employee development,” the market researcher gave as justification.

To become certified as a top employer, the human resources department has to be thoroughly audited by the Top Employers Institute. The extensive evaluation criteria closely examines talent strategies, training and development, executive management, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, work-life balance, and looks deep into the corporate culture.
