Field Service Engineer
The Field Service Engineer will provide dedicated on-site mechanical and electrical controls service support of our Environmental product line at our client’s power plant in Haywood, WV (near Morgantown, WV).
Environmental projects include high voltage transformers and controls for electrostatic precipitators.
Will provide client with appropriate recommendations for aftermarket spare parts, and service in order to maintain equipment in exceptional working condition.
Experience working with union environment helpful.
A BS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related engineering degree, or an Associate’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology would be considered; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and control systems.
Requires excellent interpersonal communications skills when working with customers and contractors.
Ability to lift, stand, bend crouch, climb multiple flights of stairs, lift 20-50 pound materials on a routine basis and occasionally lift 50 -100 pounds.
