    Your responsibilities

    • Proactively manage the further development of local/regional Aftermarket business (Sales, Order Execution, Service) on an operative and strategic base within CM&M Industries

    • To strategically grow the UK CM&M Aftermarket business – to encompass service and maintenance contracts, remediation, refurbishments, upgrades & spare parts

    • To lead a team that is responsible for business generation and delivery within defined parameters across the Schenck Process, Redler, Clyde Process and our competitor’s installed base within agreed levels of revenue & profitability.

    • To support your team and where appropriate providing direct support in winning and closing business opportunities/ resolving service issues that arise.

    • To introduce new ideas, technologies, strategies that will grow the business and/or improve the effectiveness of the department
