    Filtration Sales Manager

    Your responsibilities

    • To meet, and where possible exceed, company set annual targets in relation to sales of products, at agreed contribution rates, through a proactive effective programme of customer visits in the UK, and overseas as required.

    • Create a Strategy to develop a strong prospect pipeline of interested Customers and potential orders in line with the Company’s growth targets

    • Identify, negotiate and sign agreements with new agents/partners in line with the developed Strategy, and performance manage these agents/partners to ensure success.

    • To assist in the creation of annual business plans and budgets for subsequent years

    • To prepare detailed enquiry pre-qualifications and develop ‘strategies to win’ based on sound understanding of the customer’s technical and commercial requirements.

    • To negotiate both the technical and commercial details of the proposals and close the sale on all enquiries within acceptable company limits, maximising margins wherever possible.

      To identify and justify opportunities for new product development through market research and customer contact programmes....

    Your qualifications

    • an excellent understanding of the filtration market with the ability to have technical discussions with customers on a good level.

    • experienced in complete filtration and extraction system sizing, including extraction hoods, ductwork and fans

      a strong customer and sales focus, with a proven track record of sales success
