We are now looking for a new Buyer to join the team in our Doncaster facility
The ideal candidate will be qualified in materials management or supply chain, or have equivalent experience. They should be fully capable of operating an MRP/ERP system, and to organise data using the relevant Microsoft products. They should have a high level of proficiency setting up BOMs and interpreting technical drawings. Experience in low cost country sourcing would also be advantageous.
The role will be responsible for carrying out the effective and efficient procurement of the parts and services required by the projects, manufacturing and spares teams to the budgets, quality and timescales required. The candidate will also be required to manage the level and value of stock in association with the Head of Purchasing.
