Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator

About the role:


The facilities coordinator is accountable for ensuring our yard, building and facilities are in a suitable condition to work in and are free from hazards. Specifically, you will:


  • Coordinate external service providers and suppliers to conduct routine and adhoc maintenance and/or repairs as required.

  • Ensure all work undertaken on site is in accordance with current policies and processes with the correct approvals in place.

  • Supervising contractors and suppliers on site.

  • Ensure that the yard, buildings, and facilities are well maintained and damage free

  • Review of facility related invoicing in conjunction with Accounts Payable


What we need from you:


  • SAP experience including Maintenance scheduling

  • A technical or maintenance background

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the same or similar industry

  • Current driver’s licence (forklift desirable)

  • Effective budgetary management skills
