One of the most advanced TestCenter in the world

Schenck Process TestCenter for pneumatic conveying and injection systems in Doncaster, UK.

When Schenck Process took over Clyde Process Solutions, a leading provider of pneumatic conveying and injection technologies, at the start of 2011 it was able to add air filtration technology to its product range.

The modern Schenck Process TestCenter enables customers to run extensive tests and assessments on new products and process developments. The centre helps customers to find solutions to problems encountered when conveying or injecting materials in a large number of industries, whether you work in the iron or steel industry or process bulk solids such as NF metals, cement, minerals, chemicals or foodstuffs.

Schenck Process has around 40 years of expertise, well-established know-how and application knowledge, standing it in good stead to provide tailor-made solutions for handling a wide range of materials, especially for testing flows of material.

Customers also rely on the TestCenter's experts when assessing the effectiveness of existing systems or investigating how materials behave during pneumatic conveyance.

The huge Schenck Process material database holds around 10 000 samples. Properties such as particle size, scatter behaviour, shape, porosity, bulk density, temperature, moisture content, brittleness and air retention are carefully measured to establish suitable methods of conveyance. New test values are also being added to the material database all the time, making the TestCenter perfectly prepared for new materials.
