Screenex high tensile and stainless steel screens offer a comprehensive range which is available for use in a variety of applications. Woven wire offers a high open area and excellent screen efficiency. Wire screens are known for their resistance and are best suited for the screening of abrasive materials due to their high wear rate.

Screenex woven wire screens serve many mining and quarry applications, including the screening of all types of minerals and earth, specifically in stone crushing and sand handling plants.

Screenex wire is supplied in 3 types of material:

  • High tensile
  • Stainless Steel 304
  • Stainless Steel 316
Fine Mesh Screens

  • Manufactured in 304 or 316 Stainless Steel.
Woven Wire Screens

  • Manufactured in High Tensile wire, 304 or 316 Stainless Steel.

Screenex offer both pre-woven stocks or made to order weaves depending on screening requirement.
The maximum size we offer is 2,400 x 25,000M.

Our heavy screens are produced on a mesh assembly Loom. The wire is pre-crimped on a crimping machine and then the long crimped lengths are set into the machine using “Hedles” to divide them up into the desired aperture, across the width of the Loom.

Our Heavy-Duty Apertures range from a 3.15 mm Aperture in 2.0 mm Diameter Wire, to 100 mm Aperture in 12.5 mm Diameter Wire. In most cases, hooks are formed on the screens and they are used for vibratory machines used in quarries and mines.
