Wire Weaves
Plain Weave

Woven with a single crimp per mesh imparted to the warp and weft wires by which means the wires are interwoven.
This weave is applicable to a wide range of specifications and is therefore used in the majority of applications.
Double Lock Weave

For Rugged Duty
The preferred option for all rugged duty applications, the double lock weave is ideal for tough screening where the plain or intercrimp weaves are not suitable.
The wires are specially dimpled at the cross-over points, ensuring the mesh locks itself into position and thus cannot be distorted. Available in wire sizes 8mm or greater only.
Flatex Weave

For Rugged Duty
Is used for screen cloths with large apertures in heavy wire, diameter wires suitable for scalping operations and other heavy duty applications.
The flat top surface of this weave helps to increase life of the screen cloths.
Intermediate Crimp Weave

For Lighter Duty
Is used for screen cloths where high open area is required and abrasive conditions are relatively low.
Slot Weave

For Higher Throughput
Slot apertures in large diameter wires, increase production capacity of screens with some slight loss of product sizing.
Tripple Shoot Weave

For Fine Screening
Slot apertures in triple shoot slot weave are produced in small diameter wires suitable for de-dusting and high capacity fine screening.
Poly Ripple

Poly Ripple screencloths are well suited to today’s quarry operations. They are light but durable, combining the high open area of wire, with the wear resistance of polyurethane.
Offering many advantages over conventional screencloths, they are lightweight and easy to install, reducing down-time and increasing production and efficiency, which makes Poly Ripple the most economical choice in screencloth.
