Support Frames

Our Pipetop system, a Screenex innovation which provides the highest open area in the industry, uses replaceable polyurethane threaded inserts in either Pin or Polysnap fixing systems to allow for easy installation and replacement, and unique versatility.

The 1/2" wide rails that make up the Pipetop frame are available in the standard 3” height, as well as 4” or 5” heights for applications that require additional strength and/or clearance above the cross members. The Pipetop frame system can be supplied in three ways:

• Individual Pipetop Stringers
• Pre-jigged Pipetop Stringer Assembly
• Complete Pipetop Support Frame

Pipetop Stringer Rails

Pipe Top stringer rails are especially useful in applications where we use Maxi (High Open Area) panels. The use of Pipetop Stringer Rails eliminates any chance of material build up occurring under the screening panel (on top of rail), while maximising the open area of the screen.

We are proud of our renowned Stringer Rail systems currently being used world wide in the mining industry.

These modular rail systems can be customised to suit any screening machine and any application. Full Subframes can be manufactured to suit all sizes.

Trommels are primarily used in the mining industry in milling circuits for ore seperation and/or dewatering.
These frames are custom designed and engineered to each application and accomodate most Screenex screen panel options.

Our Pipetop design results in 25-35% more open area than convential steel cage trommels.

The Sieve Bend system is most often used in the coal industry for dewatering applications.
