Available in Polyurethane & Rubber
Available in all Screen Openings
Best suited for Dry Screening
- Our Flexi Screen panels minimise or eliminate blinding all together
- Excels in dry applications where large amounts of dust and fines are present
- Normally with conventional screens:
- Moisture increases and material particles begin to clump or bind together
- This causes Pegging and Blinding problems for the screening system and;
- Significantly decreases open area and reduces spec material production
- Flexi Panels are available for Panel Types:
- Standard (Standard-Flexi)
- Maxi (Maxi-Flexi)
Reverse Moulded Panel Details:

Available in Polyurethane
Available in all Screen Openings
Best suited for Dry Screening
- Reverse Moulded panels are used in applications of dry sticky material and high bed depth
- The free centre bar stops the panel from sagging while also allowing for maximum flexibility
- This modified Screenex injection process creates a panel that offers even greater elasticity than our Flexi Panel
At Screenex we have a range of panel types to suit all of your screening needs, no matter what the application type or site screening requirement.
