Mostly used in the Coal Industry as a dewatering solution, these panels are available in 5 different slot widths from 0.65mm to 2mm. The Continuous Slot is an alternative to stainless steel profile wire without sacrificing open area.

Designed for and rinse or deslime applications in the coal industry, where panels need to have the maximum amount of open area to provide the necessary screening efficiencies and recovery rates.

Solid Impact panels are typically used for feed and discharge sections of screens where high wear and beam protection are paramount.

The proven solution to pegging and blinding problems. Available with apertures from 1.8mm to 70mm, VR Panels can successfully solve blinding problems experienced when screening dry, damp or near size particles.

Our innovative zig-zag design helps minimise or eliminate pegging by producing a “spring-like” vibrating action in the bridge sections to keep material moving through the screen opening without getting stuck.

Screenex signature VR Panel is available in a large range of different configurations and opening sizes. VR Panels have a high open area and are interchangeable with all standard Screenex screening panels.

The Slotted VR (SVR) panel is an alternative to the standard VR design which uses the same “spring like” action as the VR to minimise pegging and blinding.

SVR is mainly used in applications where elongated material does not cause a specification problem.

The VRX Panel can be described as the new generation VR. The VRX Panel is a new Screenex innovation which builds and improves on the concept of the VR panel.

The VRX design ensures uniform distribution of material over the entire screening surface and has a higher open area than the VR Panel.

The angular apertures of the panel ensures that material does not track on the panel surface and, therefore a higher throughput is achieved. This new design also increases the wear-life of the screen panel.

The unique diagonal design of the VRX panel ensures that apertures remain square even when worn, thus keeping their profile longer than previous diamond shaped VR Panel apertures.
