The solution is LOGiQ® WebDispatchManager. Another module from the LOGiQ® family, offering totally new mobility possibilities.
Key feature: WebDispatchManager allows the person placing the transport order to also register all the relevant data. And as you will see, when combined with the DFT truck scales, the process couldn’t be easier.

A clearly structured, convenient customer portal, based on a standard web browser like Internet Explorer, means that data entry in the LOGiQ® WebDispatchManager is incredibly simple. Local installations are not needed and the LOGiQ® WebDispatchManager presents no barriers, even when used on Unix or Apple systems.

Data security is a priority for the LOGiQ® WebDispatchManager. And it is translated into practice with HTTPS and certificates for the highest possible levels of security, with accurately definable user rights and corresponding passwords for different security levels.

Double whammy: DFT truck scales and LOGiQ® WebDispatch Manager

The cost-effective total solution, comprising high-quality precast concrete parts (strength classes C45/55), is pre-produced and can be supplied with robust, zero-maintenance RTN or VDW type load cells. An all-in package solution that can be fitted in just one day and requires little construction work on site.
Any waiting transport orders can be planned on the very same day as installation. The person placing the order uses LOGiQ® WebDispatchManager to assign a haulage firm to collect the pre-planned order from any location.
When the truck arrives to collect the pre-planned transport order, the driver steers it onto the DFT truck scales now ready. He accesses the pre-planned transport order and weighs his empty truck.
Follow every step and record with minute-by-minute accuracy
Every subsequent step in the planned transport order can be queried and tracked using LOGiQ® WebDispatchManager. Everything is recorded in the logistics system and can be accessed in real time using LOGiQ® WebDispatchManager with minute-by-minute accuracy.
Once loaded, the truck is reweighed. The driver leaves the factory with his delivery papers. If the transport order was placed using a contract with e.g. time or volume restrictions, statistics based on a whole host of criteria can be produced.
